About MiniPAS (UAT3)

System Overview

This Patient Administration System ((UAT3)) is integrated with DrDoctor for enhanced patient communication and appointment management. The system provides comprehensive healthcare management capabilities with seamless integration to external systems.

Key Features
  • Two-way Integration: Changes made in this system generate HL7 messages that are sent to DrDoctor.
  • Patient Self-Service: Patients can reschedule or cancel appointments through DrDoctor, and these changes will be reflected back in this PAS system.
  • Complete Management: Manage patients, appointments, clinics, and patient lists in one centralized system.
  • Real-time Synchronization: All systems remain synchronized through automated message exchange.
DrDoctor Integration Details

When actions are taken in this PAS system, HL7 messages are automatically generated and sent to DrDoctor:

  • Patient Registration/Updates: Generates ADT A28 messages
  • New Appointments: Generates ADT A05 messages
  • Attended Appointments: Generates ADT A08 messages
  • Cancelled Appointments: Generates ADT A38 messages
  • Clinic Updates: Generates MFN Z03 messages

When patients use DrDoctor to reschedule or cancel their appointments, those changes are written back to this PAS system automatically, ensuring all systems remain synchronized.

System Capabilities
Patient Management

Access and manage patient records, including demographics, appointments, and medical history. Patient creations and updates generate ADT messages sent to DrDoctor.

Clinic Management

Manage clinic operations and schedules. Clinic creations generate MFN_Z03 messages. Appointment bookings and cancellations generate ADT messages to DrDoctor.

Patient Lists

Create and manage lists of patients for various purposes. Changes made by patients in DrDoctor are automatically synchronized back to this system.
